How Do You Know If You Have a Personal Injury Case? It doesn’t hurt—or cost anything—to ask.

I’ve had people come to me in situations like these:
"I was minding my own business, stopped at a red light, when someone behind me slammed into my car without stopping. Now, their insurance company won’t return my calls, and it’s been over two weeks since the crash."
"I was driving down the street when someone suddenly turned in front of me, and I crashed into them. I didn’t even have time to react. The insurance company is calling it a 50/50 case and only wants to pay half my hospital bill—even though the cop said it was the other person’s fault!
"I was working at the truck yard when the neighbor’s dog got loose and bit me. I had to go to the hospital for stitches and now I’m stuck with the bills. The neighbor won’t respond and I have no idea if they even have insurance."
These are just a few real-world examples of people who didn’t ask to be put in a tough situation—but now they’re stuck navigating a frustrating process just to get back to where they were.
That’s why I run my practice on a no-cost-up-front, contingency basis. If we don’t get a recovery, you don’t owe me anything. I’m willing to do the work, dig through the details, and build a strong case. And if, after all that, it doesn’t work out? You still don’t owe me a dime.
That’s why I say—it doesn’t cost anything to ask. Even if you sign up, and we turn over every rock and still come up empty, you owe nothing.
So let’s talk.
