How Do You Know If You Have a Personal Injury Case? It doesn’t hurt—or cost anything—to ask.

I’ve had people come to me in situations like these:

  • "I was minding my own business, stopped at a red light, when someone behind me slammed into my car without stopping. Now, their insurance company won’t return my calls, and it’s been over two weeks since the crash."

  • "I was driving down the street when someone suddenly turned in front of me, and I crashed into them. I didn’t even have time to react. The insurance company is calling it a 50/50 case and only wants to pay half my hospital bill—even though the cop said it was the other person’s fault!

  • "I was working at the truck yard when the neighbor’s dog got loose and bit me. I had to go to the hospital for stitches and now I’m stuck with the bills. The neighbor won’t respond and I have no idea if they even have insurance."

These are just a few real-world examples of people who didn’t ask to be put in a tough situation—but now they’re stuck navigating a frustrating process just to get back to where they were.

That’s why I run my practice on a no-cost-up-front, contingency basis. If we don’t get a recovery, you don’t owe me anything. I’m willing to do the work, dig through the details, and build a strong case. And if, after all that, it doesn’t work out? You still don’t owe me a dime.

That’s why I say—it doesn’t cost anything to ask. Even if you sign up, and we turn over every rock and still come up empty, you owe nothing.

So let’s talk.
